I need help on shu ru fa

My wei ruan shu ru fa can't work in chinese model,it can't show the choice about chinese words,but it can show the underline under the letters ( you can try to type chinese words and that you will kown what I mean ).I don't have another shu ru fa on my computer,so what should I do? Thanks for you that who help me.
